My web presence has sucked for the last year or so, and given the issues that I was having with my former webhost (3ix.com), I decided to move in a whole new direction, and let my old WordPress Blog die. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: 3iX.com webhosting is the worst webhost I've ever dealt with, and is quite possibly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. If you are thinking of using them for webhosting, don't. The company is trash, and the support is a nightmare. Granted- the package that I had with 3IX was only twelve dollars annually, however- the service and support for the product was, well, nonexistant. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with 3IX, as I have a web customer that is still hosted with 3IX (against my recomendations and pleadings). I phoned in to billing support, because I had some questions regarding two seperate invoices that 3IX had sent me, one of which was showing to be "paid" (that I never paid). So, I called billing support, and immediately got an answering machine, and was promised to have my call returned with 48 hours. 48 Hours?! Are you kidding? So, I hung up and logged on to 3IX.com, and signed into their "client area", and used their "support chat" feature. At this point, I was connected with a very unhelpful representative that could not even directly address my questions, and tried his best to refer me elsewhere.
