This site was previously hosted with 3ix.com. I wanted to take this opportunity to comment on their service. I was having some trouble setting up Google Apps, specifically, the Google Mail client. I needed to edit my cName records, and 3ix.com does not allow this. On hosting that you're paying for, you can't edit your own cName records! So, I submitted several support tickets, and even used their Tech Support/Live Chat feature...

Well, I'm here to tell you that their tech support is all tech and no support. 3ix.com's support personnel are a bunch of condescending elitists, who are in a hurry to close the support ticket as fast as possible, regardless of whether or not they've helped the customer. So, my official view of 3ix.com web hosting is to avoid them at all costs. Yeah, it's only $12 per year for their entry-level hosting plan, but, I guess I've learned that you get what you pay for. If you don't pay much, you don't get much.

I've been referred to DreamHost, and it's been, well, a dream (so far). The silver lining in all of this, was that it made me discover Joomla!, the open-source content management system, and I couldn't be more pleased with it.
